  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
      • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
      • The request is made within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
      • The item is not in sale, at a discounted price than original
  2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
      • Contact our customer support team at support@shopatashi.com within the eligible return/exchange period.
      • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
      • Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • For returns or exchanges due to our error or a defective/damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pickup at no additional cost to you.
    • For returns or exchanges due to personal preference or non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    • In the event of order cancellation after dispatch, a ₹500 fee will be applied to cover courier expenses incurred for both dispatch and return.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.
  4. Processing Time:

    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
    • Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days after the inspection and approval of the return.
    • Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
  5. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • For eligible returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund or offer alternative options based on your preference.
  6. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, custom-made nature, or other restrictions. These include but are not limited to:
      • Personalized or custom-made items.
      • Food, perishable or consumable items.
      • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable" on the product page.
